This Privacy Policy discusses how MindMatrix collects, uses and protects personal information that is collected from users of our website, and from any authorized users of business organizations that have contracted with us to use our software applications.

    1. MindMatrix follows the guidelines provided in the EU-U.S. DPF Framework and participates as a member in the EU-U.S. DPF program.     1. When you use or access the MindMatrix website, or use our applications as an authorized user of one of our Customers, we may collect personal information directly from you, such as the following:

MindMatrix may, from time to time, choose to integrate with certain third-party applications, (such as Google, CRMs, ERPs, etc.) via APIs, for the purpose of providing or improving the Platform's functionality.     1. From time-to-time MindMatrix may send emails regarding our products and services. At any point you may Opt-Out of receiving these emails. Simply access your MindMatrix account via standard login and modify the account settings. You may also contact us directly to have your information removed from any non-mandatory communications. In certain circumstances you can Opt-Out by choosing “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. You may also use your system Cookie Settings to reject certain cookies used on the MindMatrix website.

    1. MindMatrix maintains and deploys all reasonable measures to safeguard your data. These include administrative, technical and physical security protocols. However, no set of protocols with respect to data protection is completely secure. As a result we cannot guarantee that our measures will always be effective.     1. Any disputes which may arise relevant to your data privacy shall be resolved as provided for in the EU-U.S. DPF Annex 1 - Arbitral Model.

  10. Independent Recourse Mechanism

    1. Our Independent Recourse Mechanism (IRM) ensures compliance with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) by providing a structured process for individuals to resolve complaints about our data processing practices. If you believe your personal data has been misused in violation of the DPF principles, you can submit a complaint through our designated contact methods. We will acknowledge receipt, investigate thoroughly, and respond with a resolution within a specified timeframe. If our resolution is unsatisfactory, you can escalate the issue to our chosen independent recourse mechanism provider, Verasafe, for further review. Additionally, we cooperate with EU data protection authorities and offer binding arbitration options as a final measure, ensuring comprehensive and fair handling of all privacy-related disputes.
