Management Team Finn Johnson Finn is a Co-Founder and Director of RE BackOffice, Inc. As President & CEO of the company, Finn is responsible for growing and managing the company to its fullest potential. Prior to RE BackOffice, Finn was Vice President of e-Business for NAI Global, the fifth largest commercial real estate services company with over 300 offices and 3,500 agents worldwide. Finn's primary responsibility was to work with the members and clients of NAI Global in its implementation of technology and services across the organization. Finn was also responsible for the on-going development, promotion, adoption and use of several technology initiatives across the enterprise. Finn, along with the President of NAI Global, were recognized as one of the ‘Top Teams to Watch’ by a peer survey sponsored by Realcomm in both 2004 and 2005. The list included top professionals in the commercial real estate industry who are involved in technology and automation that possess a 21st Century vision, are persistent, have patience and demonstrate a willingness to take risks. Prior to NAI Global, Finn was Vice President of Sales for PropertyFirst.com and responsible for sales and client services East of the Mississippi. Finn's previous technology experience includes that of Vice President of Product Development and Sales for Blacks Guide's from 1992 to 95. Under Finn's guidance, RE-Search, an electronic property inventory system electronic, grew from one market to a national network of 14 offices with regionally placed sales, technical support and research personnel. Finn also oversaw client relations and served as product manager for products developed in both the DOS and Windows environments. Black's Guide sold the RE-Search product to Dow Jones/Teleres in 1995. Finn's practical real estate experience includes: commercial loan underwriting with Union Bank in Los Angeles; six years as an investment real estate broker in San Francisco; and, four years in development and asset management for a development company in New Jersey. Over his real estate career, he has personally been involved in the acquisition and/or disposition of over $100 million in commercial real estate assets, managed a portfolio of office buildings totaling 500,000 square feet, managed the approval process on several development projects and performed third party due diligence on projects valued in excess of $1.1 billion. Finn received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Haven in 1984. Harbinder Khera Harbinder is a Co-Founder and Director in RE BackOffice, Inc. and serves as an advisor to the company. In addition to RE BackOffice, Harbinder Khera has founded or co-founded three companies since leaving Ernst & Young LLP in 1996. Harbinder is currently President and CEO of MindMatrix, Inc., accompany which he founded in 1998 as a “dot com” for the IT Industry. The company has evolved to become a premier software and services provider to the Real Estate industry – serving over 150 companies. In addition to his start-up experience, Harbinder brings expertise in network infrastructure design and planning, software development, telecomm strategy, and project management. He also provided IT consulting services to Southwest Airlines, Nationwide Insurance, IBM, Siemens, Citibank, and Sprint PCS. Harbinder has an MS in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and an MS in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. He has published numerous articles in the IEEE conference proceedings and has presented in various trade shows in the field of wireless and high-speed networks. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society and a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council at CMU. Balbir Khera Balbir Khera is CEO and Founder of Maxval Technologies in Mumbai, India. He was formerly a high ranking Naval officer and an engineer with the Indian Navy. Balbir was the chief engineer of India’s most modern warship, managing over 100 electrical and mechanical engineers. Balbir worked as a Deputy Director on a concurrent engineering ship design project. He conceptualized a concurrent engineering ship building project for geographically dispersed locations and formalized Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) concepts for the Indian Navy. He interacted with leading global Product Data Management (PDM) and Computer Aided Design (CAD) vendors and initiated the project on configuration management. He also designed and executed an enterprise solution for automation of the design process for ship design and construction. Balbir earned a Masters degree in Financial Management and a Post Graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Xaviers Institute of Management. In addition, Balbir has a Masters in Computer Simulation from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawahar Lal Nehru University. Narendra Bhat Narendra Bhat is a Director and Advisor to RE BackOffice, Inc. Narendra is also a founding partner and investor in Mind Matrix, Inc. and was a critical part of the expansion of the company into the Real Estate and Building Products Industries. Narendra also works with SCA Technologies, LLC, a provider of software and services for decision support. His role is to advise the company in the area of business development to broaden the offering in software and services. He has been able to support the company to extend beyond their food industry focus, to become applicable to a broad range of industries such as discrete manufacturing, assembly and consumer packaged goods. Narendra worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company for 6+ years. While at McKinsey, he served as a member of the Operations Core group. He provided leadership, judgment and problem solving expertise to senior management of corporations in numerous industry sectors such as automotive, chemicals, electronics, construction and materials. Narendra earned his M.S. and PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
