Harbinder Khera, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Harbinder brings expertise in sales and marketing. He also provided IT consulting services to Southwest Airlines, Nationwide Insurance, IBM, Siemens, Citibank, and Sprint PCS. Harbinder has an MS in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and an MS in Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. He has published numerous articles in the IEEE conference proceedings and has presented in various trade shows in the field of wireless and high-speed networks. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society and a member of the Dean's Leadership Council at CMU.

Dr. Narendra Bhat, Chief Operating Officer

Narendra has a background in Strategy and Operations, having served as Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company where he worked with Fortune 500 companies in these areas. He also advises Private Equity companies on finding improvement opportunities within their portfolio companies. Narendra has also founded 2 successful companies which serve the construction and engineering market place with a broad range of services and products. For these companies he has developed the operations that are based in the U.S and India with over 150 personnel.

Narendra holds a Ph.D & S.M in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelors from the Indian Institute of Technology, India. He is also a LEED AP.

Greg Coticchia, Vice President, Marketing Operations

Greg Coticchia is an award-winning technology executive with over twenty-five years experience in hi-tech products and services. He is considered by many to be one of the best strategic minds and marketing executives in the technology business. He has lead or been a major contributor in two of the largest and most successful software companies in the world, LEGENT (now CA) and AXENT (now Symantec). Recently, as CEO and co-founder of eBillingHub, he grew the company from inception to establishing it in a leading market position that led to its sale to Thomson Reuters. He has served as CEO (three times), President and COO of several successful start-up companies, and has been involved or responsible for the launch of over 100 products and solutions, and several companies. Greg is experienced in leading and managing organizations during their growth and in various stages, from start-up to $1B in annual revenue.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh in Industrial Engineering, where he also received his MBA, he currently teaches both business-to-business marketing and entrepreneurial leadership at the University Of Pittsburgh Katz School Of Business. He also attained certificates in Entrepreneurial Management form Carnegie Mellon University and in Professional Coaching from Duquesne University.
