With Mindmatrix-CRM integration, you can seamlessly import and export contacts between the Mindmatrix sales enablement platform and your CRM application in a few clicks. Map the Mindmatrix contact fields to your CRM contact fields, set the time interval—which is the frequency at which the contact import and update are to happen—and you are done! All your CRM contacts imported into Mindmatrix will be reflected in a separate recipient list with their origin marked up as ‘CRM App’. You can also program the Mindmatrix sales enablement platform to push contacts into your CRM account when they attain a specified lead score.
