Mindmatrix , Inc. SPAM Policy

Mindmatrix , Inc. prohibits any subscriber or user of the Mindmatrix marketing platform or other Mindmatrix technologies from utilizing these technologies for the distribution of fraudulent or unsolicited messaging, also known as "spamming". Any Mindmatrix client found to be improperly using a Mindmatrix technology for spamming purposes stands to be permanently barred from the further use of any Mindmatrix technologies.

Mindmatrix takes many measures to prevent spamming, including:

• Checking mailing lists for recipient addresses that appear to be illegally appropriated or �scraped�. Any account found to contain such addresses will be disabled until the situation is investigated.
• Scanning emails prior to sending to ensure that all communications meet the proper quality and content standards. Any suspicious communications will not be sent until the client is contacted for verification.
• Immediately investigating any complaints or alerts of suspected spamming from recipients of client-generated communications.

If you have received an email from Mindmatrix marketing platform or another Mindmatrix client account that you believe to be spam, you can:

• Opt out of further communications from that sender or company using the �Unsubscribe� options included in the email message.
• Alert Mindmatrix to spamming by forwarding the suspicious email to our team at: spamabuse@mindmatrix.net , along with any additional information that might be helpful. We will initiate investigative action as soon as we have received your alert.
