| Mr. Ades has experience in many aspects of commercial real estate, including the renovation and leasing of residential, office, industrial, and retail buildings in the New York City area. Mr. Ades’ projects include the development of a multi-family and retail building in the Clinton Hill section of Manhattan, a 140,000 sf industrial space in Cleveland, OH, and the redevelopment of several retail buildings in Brooklyn and Hempstead, N.Y. In addition to his responsibilities in New York, Mr. Ades also oversees acquisitions, management, marketing, and leasing in Western Pennsylvania. |

Mr. Ades’ responsibilities include construction management, marketing, leasing, and general management of all of Rugby’s properties with a special focus on retail. |

He has held senior financial positions with several prestigious real estate companies, including Apollo Realty Advisors, CB Richard Ellis, and Aries Realty Advisors. In addition, he has been involved in the management of office and retail portfolios in excess of 10 million square feet. |

| Mr. Walsh joined Rugby after a successful career developing CVS/pharmacy drug stores across the country for the Gustine Company, headquartered in Pittsburgh. Larry founded, and is a principal of, a Pittsburgh residential real estate company. He received a Masters in Public Policy and Management with a concentration in Urban and Regional Economic Development from Carnegie Mellon. Mr. Walsh is responsible for the marketing and leasing of Rugby’s Western Pennsylvania properties. |
