• Successfully syndicated and acquired 28 apartment complexes representing approximately 3,000 units through private placements.
• Successfully syndicated and acquired 29 apartment complexes and 8 offices and office/warehouse facilities representing over 5,000 apartment units and 1,250,000 square feet of office and office/warehouse facilities through public offerings.
• The total purchases represented throughout our history are approximately $600,000,000 worth of real estate.
• The total volume of transactions either owned, managed, or sold has been well over $1,000,000,000.
• The Company has also engaged various investment bankers over the years, in joint ventures for various to-be-built projects in excess of $30,000,000.
• Our average purchase price per apartment unit has been $21,000 per unit, which represents 50% of replacement costs at the time of purchase. We focus on value, appreciation, and not glamour.

• Our training is unequaled in the industry. We have on going training and motivation seminars for our staffing including the latest management tools, leasing programs and training in all aspects of in-house property maintenance.
• Our current reporting systems is state of the art including the most advanced technologies in financial reporting and accounting systems, rent roll systems and tenant history and screening.
