  • The total purchases represented throughout our history are approximately $600,000,000 worth of real estate.
  • The total volume of transactions either owned, managed, or sold has been well over $1,000,000,000.
  • The Company has also engaged various investment bankers over the years, in joint ventures for various to-be-built projects in excess of $30,000,000.
  • Our average purchase price per apartment unit has been $21,000 per unit, which represents 50% of replacement costs at the time of purchase. We focus on value, appreciation, and not glamour.
